Airport - Negombo

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Negombo. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the  beach, soaking in the tranquil ocean atmosphere. An optional evening foot massage at the resort spa helps you unwind  and adjust from your journey.

Anuradhapura - Sigiriya

Drive to Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first royal capital, to visit sacred sites including the Bodhi Tree and Ruwanwelisaya  Stupa. Continue your journey to Sigiriya and settle into your accommodation. In the evening, enjoy a guided meditation  or soothing herbal foot soak to ease into your wellness retreat. 

Sigiriya Rock

Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress with mindful breaks to appreciate the natural beauty and cultural significance.  Spend the afternoon indulging in an Ayurvedic head and shoulder massage or taking a gentle village walk. This balance  of activity and relaxation nurtures both body and mind.

Nuwara Eliya
